an historical wine cellar just 40 minutes away from the centre of Rome, in the beautiful
scenario of the Latium countryside.
The castle has been hosted by many important people such as Pope Benedict XIII and remains
as today private owed.
The cantina produces certified organic wines directly from their vineyards and bottled in
the premises.
Experience the Cantina with a guided tour of the cellar (carved out of a tuff hill in the
1630), a wine tasting session and for those of You who love cooking, a private cooking class
with the chef, using organic, fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
